Position Overview

We are seeking professional, dependable, and safety-focused ODO Officers to join our security team in Los Angeles, California.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, protecting personnel and property, following site-specific procedures, monitoring assigned areas, and responding appropriately to security incidents and emergencies within the scope of their training and assignment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, professional security presence.
• Monitor assigned areas and identify potential security concerns.
• Conduct patrols and security observations as assigned.
• Follow all site-specific policies, procedures, and post orders.
• Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies.
• Prepare accurate and timely incident reports.
• Protect personnel, property, and client assets.
• Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, clients, and emergency personnel.
• Maintain situational awareness and exercise sound judgment.
• Perform all duties in accordance with applicable law, company policy, and assigned post orders.

Qualifications

• Meet all applicable California requirements for the assigned security position.
• Maintain all required California BSIS registrations, permits, firearms qualifications, and training applicable to the position.
• Successfully complete required background screening and company/client training.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance, conduct, and work ethic.
• Reliable attendance and transportation when required for the assignment.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

• ODO experience, where applicable to the assignment.
• Military, law-enforcement, or related experience.
• Experience with incident documentation and professional report writing.
