Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and consistent follow-up.
• Gather and analyze client requirements, connecting business processes with Odoo functionality.
• Plan and track project activities, manage timelines, and ensure quality delivery within the agreed scope.
• Investigate and resolve functional issues, coordinating with Solution Architects and Developers when needed and following through to resolution.
• Recommend system and process improvements, working with the Solution Architect to validate proposed solutions.
• Guide and train users to help them use Odoo effectively in their daily work.
• Identify risks early, communicate their impact, and coordinate actions to keep delivery on track.
• Mentor Customer Success team members and review work to reduce errors and rework.

About you

• More than 2 years of hands-on experience with Odoo in implementation, functional consulting, support, or internal system administration.
• Good command of English across speaking, listening, reading, and writing, with the ability to communicate effectively in client meetings and prepare clear written documentation.
• Strong client-facing skills, including leading discussions, gathering requirements, explaining solutions, and managing expectations.
• An understanding of business processes and how workflows connect across Odoo modules.
• A structured approach to problem-solving, including identifying root causes and following issues through to resolution.
• Strong ownership and accountability: proactively following up, meeting commitments, and raising concerns before they affect delivery.
• An interest in business systems and a clear motivation to grow in Odoo ERP and functional consulting.
• Clear communication, a collaborative mindset, and openness to feedback.
