Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to join our ERP / Digital Transformation team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, integrating, debugging, and maintaining Odoo applications and modules while supporting business process requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements.
• Work extensively with Python, Odoo ORM/Framework, XML/QWeb, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and PostgreSQL.
• Configure, customize, debug, troubleshoot, and maintain Odoo applications.
• Work on Odoo modules including POS, Inventory, Sales/CRM, Purchase, MRP, and Accounting.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party applications with Odoo.
• Understand ERP business processes and participate in the Odoo implementation lifecycle.
• Perform Odoo migration, version upgrades, and related technical activities.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Collaborate with functional and business teams to understand requirements and deliver appropriate Odoo solutions.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo Development.

• Strong proficiency in:

• Python

• Odoo ORM / Odoo Framework

• XML / QWeb

• JavaScript

• HTML / CSS

• PostgreSQL

• Strong experience in custom Odoo module development and customization.

• Good debugging and troubleshooting skills.

• Experience with REST API and third-party integrations.

• Good understanding of ERP business processes and implementation.

Odoo Functional Experience

Hands-on experience with the following Odoo modules is preferred:

• Odoo POS
• Inventory
• Sales / CRM
• Purchase
• MRP
• Accounting

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following industries will be strongly preferred:
