• Bachelor's degree in HR (MBA) or related field, proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of Kannada and English, freshers encouraged

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.

Key Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on Odoo development experience
• Good exposure to Manufacturing, Sales, Invoicing, and Accounting modules
• Experience in Odoo module development and customization
• Knowledge of configuring Odoo models, views, workflows, forms, and basic automation
• Ability to understand business requirements and provide suitable Odoo solutions
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and customization of Odoo modules
• Configure Odoo models, views, workflows, forms, and basic automation
• Support Odoo implementation and configuration activities
• Work with internal teams to understand and implement business requirements
• Assist with troubleshooting, testing, and ongoing ERP enhancements
