Odoo Developer / ERP Specialist

Role

Looking for an experienced Odoo Developer/ERP Specialist to manage and develop our existing Odoo ecosystem across multiple entities, coordinate with external Odoo partners, and gradually take ownership as the internal Odoo SME.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Odoo configurations, custom modules, workflows and integrations.
• Develop and maintain custom modules using Python/Odoo Framework.
• Gather business requirements and implement Odoo solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical/functional issues and provide production support.
• Manage upgrades, testing, deployment and integrations/APIs.
• Support Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, Manufacturing and HR modules.
• Manage multi-company environments and coordinate with external vendors.
• Support process automation, documentation and user training.

Required Skills

• 3–5+ years of hands-on Odoo development/implementation.
• Strong Python, Odoo ORM, XML/QWeb and PostgreSQL/SQL.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, Git, Linux and deployments.
• Experience with custom modules, security/access controls and Odoo workflows.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred

Experience with Odoo upgrades/migrations, multi-company setups, vendor handovers, and industries such as trading, manufacturing, distribution or supply chain.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Software Engineering preferred; strong practical Odoo experience may be considered.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
