Odoo ERP Trainer / Faculty

We are looking for a skilled and practical-oriented Odoo ERP Trainer to deliver effective training sessions and help students develop a clear understanding of Odoo ERP concepts and their real-world applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with Odoo ERP, either through professional industry experience or previous training experience.

The candidate should be able to explain technical concepts clearly, demonstrate practical workflows, engage students through interactive sessions, and address their questions effectively throughout the course.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured training sessions on Odoo ERP concepts, modules, and business workflows.

• Demonstrate practical applications of Odoo ERP using real-world scenarios and hands-on exercises.

• Explain ERP functionalities and business processes in a clear, simple, and student-friendly manner.

• Encourage active student participation and maintain effective two-way communication during training sessions.

• Address student queries, clarify doubts, and provide guidance on practical exercises and assignments.

• Connect theoretical concepts with industry practices and real-time business applications.

• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes.

• Adapt teaching methods according to students' learning needs and technical understanding.

• Support students in developing practical knowledge and confidence in using Odoo ERP.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Practical knowledge and hands-on exposure to Odoo ERP.

• Experience with Odoo ERP implementation, configuration, functional workflows, business operations, or related professional activities is an advantage.

• Good understanding of relevant Odoo modules, such as Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, or other applicable modules.

• Ability to demonstrate ERP processes through practical examples and exercises.

• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to explain technical and functional concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.

• Good student-engagement skills, including the ability to encourage discussions and resolve queries effectively.

• A proactive approach to training, problem-solving, and student support.

Experience Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as an ERP trainer, faculty member, or instructor; or

• Relevant professional experience working with Odoo ERP in a functional, technical, implementation, support, or business-process role.

• Candidates with both industry experience and training experience will be preferred.
