What they need
- Engage with clients/stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Business process documentation with gap fit analysis
- Configure, customize, and implement Odoo ERP modules to meet business needs.
- Provide functional support for ERP-related issues, including troubleshooting and testing.
- Collaborate with technical teams for customization, integration, and deployment.
- Conduct end-user training and prepare documentation for implemented processes.
- Map business processes to ERP functionality and suggest process improvements.
- Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure smooth go-live transitions.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements or best practices.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Odoo Functional Consultant for Odoo Implementation / Odoo Support projects
o Strong understanding of core business processes: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, etc.
