Odoo Functional Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an Odoo Functional Consultant who can understand business requirements, configure Odoo according to client needs, coordinate with technical teams, and support clients throughout the implementation process. The candidate will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into effective Odoo solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and document clients’ business requirements and existing workflows.
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and business process discussions with clients.
• Configure Odoo modules according to approved business requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications and process documentation where required.
• Map existing business processes with Odoo functionalities and identify process gaps.
• Coordinate with developers for customizations and ensure requirements are clearly communicated.
• Perform functional testing of Odoo configurations and custom developments.
• Prepare and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients.
• Identify, document, and follow up on issues during implementation.
• Assist clients during data migration, system testing, and Go-Live activities.

Key Odoo Modules

The consultant may work on one or more of the following modules:

• Sales
• CRM
• Purchase
• Inventory
• Accounting & Finance
• HR & Payroll
• Attendance
• Time Off
• Provide post-Go-Live support and resolve functional issues.
• Maintain proper implementation documentation and project records.
• Monitor assigned tasks and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
• Stay updated with Odoo features, particularly the latest Odoo versions and relevant modules.

City: Karachi

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
