Company Description Flyte Solutions Ltd. is seeking a technically proficient and results-oriented Odoo Solution Architect – Technical to design, develop, customize, and integrate enterprise-grade Odoo ERP solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience , with strong hands-on expertise in Odoo development, solution design, and system integration. This position requires a combination of technical capabilities and functional understanding to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable ERP solutions.

Job Description Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable Odoo ERP solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Lead the development, customization, and integration of Odoo modules across enterprise business functions.
• Analyze business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions through standard configuration, customization, or third-party integrations.
• Develop custom modules, workflows, reports, and business logic using Python, Odoo ORM, XML, JavaScript, Owl, and QWeb.
• Design and implement integrations between Odoo and external enterprise applications using REST APIs and web services.
• Support localization requirements, including country-specific taxation, accounting, HR, payroll, and regulatory workflows.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and development teams throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.
• Conduct technical reviews, optimize application performance, and ensure compliance with coding standards and security best practices.
• Support Odoo version upgrades, data migration, deployment, troubleshooting, and production maintenance.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide guidance to development teams.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Technical Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in software development or ERP implementation, with substantial hands-on experience in Odoo.
• Strong proficiency in Python and the Odoo development framework.
• Practical experience with Odoo ORM, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, Owl, and QWeb.
• Proven experience developing custom Odoo modules, workflows, and business applications.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, system integration, database design, and enterprise application architecture.
• Familiarity with Odoo security, access controls, and software development best practices.
• Experience with Git, version control, and structured software development processes.
• Ability to independently analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Odoo Enterprise and Community editions.
• Experience with Odoo version upgrades, migrations, and localization.
• Working knowledge of Docker, Linux, CI/CD, and cloud or on-premises deployment.
• Experience with enterprise integration platforms and performance optimization.
• Functional understanding of Accounting, Finance, Taxation, HR, Payroll, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, and CRM.
• Experience delivering complex ERP implementations or enterprise application projects.
