ODOO SPECIALIST

PROJECT BASE ONLY

Introduction

We are looking for an Odoo Specialist who will help our company implement, configure, and maintain Odoo ERP for our day-to-day trading operations. The role will focus on connecting our purchasing, sales, inventory, and accounting processes into one organized system.

Project Includes: Simple Data Migration, Basic Customization, and Primary Business Process Reorganization

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and configure Odoo according to the company's business processes.

• Create and manage workflows for:

• Review our current manual/Excel-based processes and recommend ways to improve them using Odoo.

• Assist with data migration from existing Excel files or systems into Odoo.

• Test Odoo workflows and identify and resolve system issues.

• Custom Development with the current formats of the documents (Sales Invoices, Delivery Receipts, etc.)

• Coordinate with management and employees to ensure Odoo is properly implemented and used.

• Technical Support after the Project has been completed

Qualifications

• Experience implementing or managing Odoo ERP, preferably for a trading, distribution, or wholesale company.
• Knowledge of Odoo Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Accounting modules.
• Understanding of basic business processes such as purchasing, sales, inventory, and invoicing.
• Experience with ERP implementation, configuration, or customization.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Able to communicate business and technical concepts clearly.
• Experience with Excel and data migration is an advantage.
