Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Tech Lead to drive Odoo architecture, development, customization, integrations, and technical delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Odoo, Python, PostgreSQL, ERP systems, and team leadership, along with experience managing enterprise-level implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Odoo architecture, development, customization, and technical delivery for enterprise projects.
• Design and develop scalable Odoo solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain custom Odoo modules using Python and the Odoo framework.
• Lead integrations with third-party systems, REST APIs, marketplaces, payment gateways, logistics platforms, e-commerce systems, and mobile applications.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Manage Odoo upgrades, database migrations, deployments, production support, and performance optimization.
• Mentor and guide Odoo developers and provide technical leadership across projects.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and stakeholders on solution design and implementation.
• Drive technical documentation, effort estimation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with strong hands-on Odoo development experience.
• Expertise in Odoo Community and Enterprise editions.
• Strong programming knowledge in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Excellent understanding of Odoo ORM, framework, security, workflows, reports, and custom module development.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Git, Linux/Ubuntu, deployment, and production environments.
• Experience with Odoo version upgrades, database migrations, and performance tuning.
• Good understanding of ERP modules such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting, HR, and Manufacturing.
• Proven experience in team leadership, developer mentoring, code reviews, and architecture reviews.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.

Good to Have

• Experience with e-commerce platforms, IoT, WhatsApp Business API, payment gateways, and mobile app integrations.
• Knowledge of SaaS and multi-company implementations.
• Familiarity with Generative AI platforms such as OpenAI, Gemini, or Claude.
• Experience building AI-powered business workflows, chatbots, virtual assistants, and automation solutions within Odoo.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
