Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Techno-Functional Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development and implementation.

The ideal candidate should have a strong combination of technical development skills and functional understanding of Odoo, with the ability to independently handle customization, implementation, troubleshooting, and business requirements in a remote working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, configure, and implement Odoo applications according to business requirements.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Odoo solutions.
• Customize existing Odoo modules and develop new functionalities where required.
• Work on Odoo development using Python and XML.
• Configure Odoo modules and workflows based on functional requirements.
• Understand business processes and recommend suitable Odoo solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues.
• Assist with Odoo implementation, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and systems when required.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation.
• Independently manage assigned Odoo development and implementation tasks.
• Provide remote support and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per year
