OEM NPD & Growth Platform Development Manager

About the role

We're hiring a hands-on NPD professional to lead OEM-made new products from concept to launch. You'll turn market insight into product briefs, work with OEM partners across the region, and build the business case that gets a product approved. Reporting to the AVP – New Venture & OEM Management, with direct coaching into OEM strategy and new-venture work.

Key responsibilities

• Turn consumer and category insight into clear NPD briefs.
• Run end-to-end OEM development formulation, prototypes, sensory, packaging, stability, and production trials.
• Source and assess OEM partners on capability, quality, cost and scalability.
• Build costings and business cases: volume, pricing, margin, MOQ, investment.
• Keep R&D, QA, Regulatory, Procurement, Commercial and Supply Chain on one timeline.

About you

• 5–7 years in food, beverage, FMCG or consumer health.
• Real NPD, commercialization or OEM project experience.
• Degree in Food Science/Technology, Product Development, Marketing, Business or related.
• Solid grasp of cost, pricing, margin and MOQ.
• Good English you'll work with regional partners.
• Hands-on experience working with OEM/co-manufacturing partners in the region (nice-to-have).
• Exposure to new-venture or growth-platform projects (nice-to-have).
