OEM Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new OEM customers international markets
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing OEM clients
• Present and promote company products and services (Food Supplements & Cosmetics) to meet customer needs
• Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, Production, QA, Logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Manage sales process from inquiry to closing, and achieve assigned sales targets
• Monitor stock of finished goods and coordinate shipment according to customer requirements
• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups
• Support product presentation through samples, catalogs, or product demonstrations
• Coordinate with external parties such as suppliers and relevant government agencies when required
• Ensure all sales activities align with company procedures, ISO standards, and related documentation systems

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, OEM, or B2B (experience in Food Supplement or Cosmetics is a plus)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic English communication
• Able to work under sales targets and deadlines
• Proactive, service-minded, and detail-oriented
