OEM Sales Manager – South-Western Zone:

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Experience: 10–15 Years

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced OEM Sales Manager to drive sales and business development across the South-Western Zone, with Pune as the base location.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive OEM sales and business development across the assigned territory.
• Develop and manage relationships with OEMs, key accounts, and industrial customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Handle customer visits, negotiations, quotations, order conversion, and follow-ups.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends, competition, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS, and regular business reports.

Key Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in OEM/Industrial B2B Sales.
• Experience in Steel, Metals, Automotive, Engineering, or Manufacturing preferred.
• Strong OEM/customer network across the assigned territory.
• Proven experience in business development, key account management, and negotiations.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned zone.
