Job Requirements:

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic attorney to join the firm as Of Counsel. This is a full time and in office position at our Dallas office. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate exceptional responsive and client driven services. Someone who has a strong drive and outstanding judgement. Basic requirements:

• A minimum of 8 years of legal experience is required. Law firm or professional services experience required.
• Proven ability to handle sophisticated legal matters with minimal supervision.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
• Licensed to practice in Texas. NY, FL, AZ, and other additional jurisdictions a plus.
• Demonstrate success handling complex, high value disputes.
• Collaborative and team focused.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as lead or senior counsel on complex commercial litigation, investigations, appeals, and other significant disputes.
• Deliver strategic, business focused legal counsel to clients and high-stake matters.
• Collaborate with attorneys, investigators, consultants, and communications professionals to advance client objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Identify emerging legal risks, opportunities, and litigation trends relevant to clients and the firm.
• Manage case strategy, consultants, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations.
