OFCI Procurement Manager

I’m working with a leading employee owned construction and infrastructure organization supporting major AI factory and hyperscale data center projects .

They are looking for an OFCI Procurement Manager to manage the procurement, deployment, and field integration of Owner Furnished Contractor Installed equipment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage OFCI equipment procurement and project level deployment
• Coordinate with suppliers, OEMs, GCs, subcontractors, and commissioning teams
• Oversee equipment delivery, logistics, receiving, staging, and asset tracking
• Coordinate construction sequencing and installation readiness
• Manage supplier performance, delivery schedules, and project risks
• Support OEM startup, SAT, commissioning, IST, and turnover activities
• Coordinate field changes, equipment issues, damage claims, and warranty requirements

What they’re looking for:

• 7+ years of procurement, supply chain, construction, logistics, or project delivery experience
• Experience with OFCI, capital equipment, or large equipment deployment
• Data center, hyperscale, mission critical, industrial, semiconductor, manufacturing, utility, or energy experience
• Experience working with OEMs, suppliers, GCs, subcontractors, and field construction teams
• Strong understanding of equipment logistics, receiving, staging, and asset tracking
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively to project sites
