Job Overview

MARCEM Events is looking for a skilled Off-Page SEO Executive to build our website authority, improve organic rankings, and strengthen our backlink profile within the event planning, corporate events, weddings, and catering industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute off-page SEO and link-building strategies.
• Conduct high-quality guest posting and blogger outreach.
• Build relevant editorial, contextual, local, and industry backlinks.
• Perform competitor backlink and link-gap analysis.
• Research and maintain high-quality backlink prospects.
• Manage outreach, negotiations, follow-ups, and placements.
• Build relevant local citations and business listings.
• Identify digital PR, brand mention, partnership, and media opportunities.
• Monitor backlinks, referring domains, lost links, and competitor activity.
• Maintain accurate backlink/outreach reports using Google Sheets and SEO tools.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of practical Off-Page SEO experience.
• Strong knowledge of link building, guest posting, outreach, and local SEO.
• Experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
• Strong website and backlink quality evaluation skills.
• Good English communication and outreach-writing ability.
• Understanding of DA/DR, organic traffic, relevance, anchor text, spam signals, and link quality.
• Ability to identify genuine link opportunities rather than relying on bulk/spam backlinks.

Preferred

Experience in event management, wedding, hospitality, catering, corporate, lifestyle, or local business SEO is a strong advantage.
