What You'll Do

• Manage the full sales cycle for off-plan mid- and high-ticket properties, from first contact to handover
• Convert company-provided leads into qualified buyers and investors
• Present exclusive developer launches and off-plan opportunities to local and international clients
• Advise high-net-worth clients on investment strategy, payment plans, and ROI across off-plan and secondary stock
• Build long-term relationships with investors and developers to generate repeat and referral business
• Stay ahead of Abu Dhabi's off-plan market trends, new launches, and developer pipelines
• Consistently exceed sales targets in a high-ticket, high-reward environment

Who We're Looking For

• Proven sales track record — real estate experience preferred, especially in off-plan or high-ticket sales
• Confident, consultative closer who can manage sophisticated, high-net-worth clients
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or other European languages are a strong plus
• Broker card a plus (or willingness to obtain)
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and hungry to maximize a best-in-market commission structure
