RH Properties, a Top 10 Abu Dhabi brokerage, is hiring Property Consultants and Off-Plan Specialists. We supply the leads, inventory, CRM and marketing. You build client relationships and close deals.

What you’ll do

• Follow up on company leads with buyers and investors
• Understand client goals and recommend the right projects and payment plans
• Run meetings, presentations and viewings
• Negotiate offers and manage each deal through to handover
• Keep your CRM pipeline and referrals up to date
• Hit monthly and quarterly targets

What we’re looking for

• 1–2 years of UAE real estate sales experience with closed deals (preferred)
• ADREC broker card, or the ability to obtain one
• Strong negotiation and relationship skills
• Fluent English. Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, German, Italian or Spanish is a plus
• Valid UAE driving licence and your own car (preferred)
• Sales professionals from other industries with strong closing records and a genuine interest in property are welcome
