Off-Plan Property Consultant

Real Estate Masters is looking for motivated and results-driven Property Advisors specializing in off-plan properties in Dubai. We welcome multilingual professionals who can connect with international clients and help them explore the right property investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with international buyers and property investors.
• Advise clients on suitable off-plan projects based on their investment goals, preferences, and budgets.
• Generate business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and company-provided leads.
• Present off-plan projects, arrange property presentations, and follow up with prospective clients.
• Represent the company professionally at promotional stands, exhibitions, and property events.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate with developers and internal teams to facilitate successful transactions.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the company CRM.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market and upcoming projects.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and at least one additional language , preferably Spanish, Turkish, Chinese, Italian, or other international languages.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Previous experience in real estate or a target-driven sales environment.
• Dubai real estate experience, particularly in off-plan sales, is an advantage.
• Ability to build relationships with international clients and investors.
• Self-motivated, professional, and committed to achieving sales targets.
