Off-Plan Real Estate Agent - Commission Based (Fresh Leads Provided)

Sell Dubai off-plan property with fresh leads from day one. Commission-based, uncapped earnings.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Square Yards is growing its Dubai off-plan desk. This role is 100% focused on off-plan: new launches and under-construction projects from Dubai's leading developers, sold to end users and investors in the UAE and abroad. You will get fresh leads from live developer launches, product training and a manager who coaches you on live deals.

COMPENSATION

This is a commission-based role. There is no fixed salary. Earnings are uncapped, and full commission terms are shared in writing before interview and confirmed in the offer. Please apply only if you are comfortable with commission-only pay.

FRESH LEADS PROVIDED

Square Yards provides fresh, company-generated off-plan leads from live launches and campaigns. Your job is to call them fast, qualify them and convert them.

COLD CALLING IS PART OF THE JOB

Alongside company leads, you must be open to cold calling every day: calling databases, past enquiries and investor lists to build your own pipeline. If you are not comfortable picking up the phone and calling strangers, this role is not for you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Call fresh company leads quickly and follow up until you get an answer.

• Cold call daily to build your own pipeline, plus referrals, networking and investor communities.

• Learn the off-plan portfolio: developers, payment plans, construction status, handover dates, service charges and investment case.

• Qualify buyers on budget, payment-plan capacity, financing route and timeline.

• Present projects with floor plans, price lists and comparable launches, in person and at events.

• Attend developer briefings, site visits and launch-day events.

• Handle EOIs, unit selection, reservation forms and booking payments with the admin team.

• Log every call and next action in the CRM.

• Follow DLD, RERA, developer, advertising, KYC and AML procedures.

WHAT YOU MUST BRING

• Currently living in Dubai and available for in-person interviews and full-time, on-site work.

• Clear acceptance of a commission-only pay model.

• Willingness to cold call daily and work leads with discipline.

• A track record in any demanding sales environment (off-plan or property sales is a plus).

• Professional English; additional languages welcome.

• Ability to obtain employment authorisation and RERA broker credentials.

• A valid UAE driving licence and your own vehicle.

NICE TO HAVE

• Dubai off-plan sales experience.

• An investor or HNI network in the UAE or feeder markets such as India, the UK, Russia or the GCC.

• A current RERA broker card.

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday to Saturday (6-day week), 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with client appointments as required. On site at Suite 2501, The One Tower, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.
