Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the customer experience owner from booking through commissioning, ensuring a smooth and timely customer journey.
• Coordinate customer documentation, payments, financing requirements and other pre-installation formalities.
• Track and coordinate subsidy and net-metering related processes and documentation.
• Coordinate order processing, billing, material readiness and last-mile delivery.
• Ensure alignment between customers and Certified Installation Partners (CIPs) for site readiness and installation scheduling.
• Maintain an accurate case tracker, including key milestones, committed dates, pending actions and customer status.
• Track each case against defined SLAs and proactively follow up with relevant stakeholders to prevent delays.
• Identify exceptions, bottlenecks and dependencies and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Keep customers informed regarding progress, requirements, schedules and any changes throughout the delivery journey.
• Coordinate across sales, finance, logistics, installation partners and other internal/external stakeholders to enable seamless execution.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates in CRM and other operational trackers.
• Support resolution of customer escalations related to documentation, payments, delivery or installation coordination.
