Offer Management Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Review customer RFQs and clarify technical and commercial requirements.
• Prepare accurate and competitive technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, New Product Development, Production Planning, Purchasing, Quality, and Finance to ensure quotation feasibility.
• Evaluate product specifications, pricing, lead times, and other commercial requirements.
• Ensure quotations comply with customer requirements, applicable industry standards, and company policies.
• Follow up and manage quotation status to support timely conversion of opportunities into orders.
• Maintain accurate quotation records and relevant documentation.
• Provide support and clarification to Sales during the quotation and negotiation process.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in offer management, quotation, sales support, commercial, or related functions, preferably in a manufacturing or cable/electrical industry.
• Good understanding of technical and commercial quotation processes.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with good attention to detail.
• Good coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel; experience with ERP/SAP is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
