We are looking for a hands-on Office 365 Administrator to manage and support our Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient collaboration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Intune
• Manage user provisioning, licensing, MFA, Conditional Access, and access controls
• Support endpoint management through Intune and device compliance monitoring
• Troubleshoot M365, mail flow, Teams, and identity-related issues
• Implement security, compliance, and governance best practices
• Generate reports on license utilization, security posture, and service health

Microsoft 365 Administration

Exchange Online & Teams Administration

Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

Intune Device Management

MFA & Conditional Access

PowerShell Basics

Strong troubleshooting and support skills

Good to Have:
