O365 Admin L1 – Job Description

• Strong understanding of Microsoft services: Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Active Directory
• User, Group, and Distribution List management in AD and Office 365
• Microsoft DirSync and AD integration
• Windows PowerShell setup knowledge
• OneDrive Sync troubleshooting
• Identity & Federation services
• Office 365 Security & Compliance
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft licensing and O365 license assignment
• Windows OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Good organizational skills and workload management
• Monitoring and MIS reporting for Windows-related activities
• Level 2 support for Windows-related issues
• Diagnosis, troubleshooting, and RCA for backup platform issues
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting
• Responsible for creating and sharing daily MIS reports

Additional Information:

3 – 5 years’ experience in similar field & (B.Sc., B. Tech, BCA or 3-year regular

Diploma in Eng. in Electronics or Computer Science

Pay: Up to ₹36,000.00 per month
