Previous industry experience is not required and full training will be provided.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, good communication skills and a willingness to learn. You will work closely with our Office Manager, engineers, project managers and company leadership, gaining practical experience across customer service, scheduling, job management, documentation and general business administration.

The role offers an excellent opportunity to develop a broad range of professional skills within a busy and supportive working environment.

General Administration

· Create, update and maintain job records within the company’s management system.

· Enter and update customer, property and job information accurately.

· Upload photographs, job sheets, certificates and supporting documents.

· Maintain organised digital filing systems.

· Assist with preparing and formatting documents using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

· Carry out general data entry and record keeping.

· Help ensure completed jobs contain the required paperwork and information.

· Make outbound calls to customers and residents to arrange appointments.

· Answer incoming calls and assist with general enquiries.

· Confirm appointments with customers.

· Update customers where appointments or schedules change.

This is an entry-level role and we do not expect applicants to already understand engineering, HVAC, construction or job-management systems.

Full training will be provided.

We are primarily looking for someone who demonstrates:

· A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

· Good organisation and attention to detail.

· Confidence communicating with people by phone and email.

· Good written and spoken English.

· Basic computer skills.

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar software.

· Ability to manage several tasks at the same time.

· Reliability and good timekeeping.

· A professional and friendly manner.

· Willingness to ask questions and develop new skills.

Work Environment

· Office-based role.

· Standard working hours of 9:00am–5:00pm.

· 40 hours per week, including a one-hour lunch break.

· Core office hours of 10:00am–3:00pm.

· Occasional flexibility may be required depending on operational requirements.

Pay: Up to £26,000.00 per year
