Office Admin

Fort Morgan CDJR is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Admin to join our team in Fort Morgan, CO. This role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks to support our dealership operations, including handling accounts payable and receivable, and utilizing Dealertrack software to streamline automotive documentation and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) accurately and timely.
• Use Dealertrack software to process automotive documents and maintain records.
• Support administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth dealership operations.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal departments.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems and databases.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as an office admin in an automotive dealership is preferred.
• Proficiency with Dealertrack software or similar automotive management systems.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
