Skillpod Academy is looking for an organized, proactive, and responsible Office Admin Intern to support daily administrative activities and ensure the smooth functioning of office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day office administration and coordination.

• Maintain files, documents, records, and office registers.

• Support scheduling, appointment management, and meeting coordination.

• Handle basic email communication, calls, and visitor coordination.

• Assist with data entry and updating records in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Coordinate with internal teams to support daily operational activities.

• Help maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized workplace.

Requirements

• Any degree or relevant educational qualification.

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to multitask and work effectively with a team.
