We're a local, family-owned business in Mill Bay, and we're looking for an organized, friendly office administrator to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Pay: $24–$28 per hour, depending on experience

  • Rewarding work. You'll help families, homeowners and businesses through big changes, and you'll see the difference your work makes every day.

  • 20% employee discount at our Mill Bay retail store.

  • Room to grow. This part-time role has the opportunity to become full-time as our business grows.

  • Follow up on leads by phone and respond to emails.

  • Arrange crews for jobs and book rental trucks and storage.

  • Manage client accounts, send invoices and collect payments.

  • Use our daily tracking systems to keep bookkeeping records up to date.

  • Organize receipts and keep the office tidy and well organized.

  • Support the rest of the team with other office tasks as needed.

What you'll need

  • A clear criminal record check (required before hiring).
