We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our Perth team. Reporting to the Office Manager, you’ll provide day-to-day administrative support to help keep the office running smoothly and assist our maintenance and fitout teams with a range of coordination, operational and client facing tasks.
This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys supporting others, staying organised and creating efficient processes in a busy office environment.

- Assist with employee onboarding, inductions and general people administration.
- Support fleet administration, including vehicle servicing, registrations, compliance records and maintenance scheduling.
- Provide administrative assistance with work orders, contractor documentation and project records.
- Liaise with customers, contractors, project managers and internal stakeholders to provide timely updates and resolve issues.
About you
You’ll be someone who takes pride in keeping things organised, enjoys helping others and can confidently manage a variety of administrative tasks.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience in an administration, office support, team assistant or coordinator role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.
Why join Arden?
Enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same, working alongside a close-knit team committed to delivering exceptional service and quality outcomes. We offer competitive remuneration and genuine career development opportunities within Arden and the broader SHAPE Australia Group.
