We are a fast-paced pediatric and prenatal chiropractic office on a mission to change the health trajectory of our community. We don’t just "crack backs", we spend our days laughing with dads, supporting moms, and providing life-changing care to kids. We are looking for a Superstar Office Assistant who is professional, detail-oriented, and possesses a "heart of service" to join our tight-knit team.

Job Roles:

• Patient Experience: Managing the "front of house" vibe, scheduling, and ensuring every family feels loved and heard.
• Clinical Operations: Precision billing, insurance input, and maintaining organized spreadsheets.
• Communication: Managing phones and texts with a voice that reflects our brand.
• Growth: Contributing to our social media presence and helping our culture shine online.
