Inflame Heating & Mechanical is growing, and we're looking for an awesome Office Administrator to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing

As our Office Administrator, you'll be an important part of keeping our office, showroom, customers, and service team running smoothly.

Your day-to-day will include:

-Answering phones and responding to customer emails

-Scheduling new jobs and maintaining staff schedules

• Helping customers with product information and showroom sales

-Completing and invoicing work orders

-Processing and collecting payments

-Helping resolve customer questions and concerns

-Providing friendly, professional service to our customers

-Keeping our showroom clean, organized, and welcoming

-Organizing product and material lists for job sites

-Assisting with basic accounting and financial organization

-Helping with general office duties and keeping things running smoothly

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

-Reliable, organized, and dependable-Professional, friendly, and respectful-Detail-oriented and takes pride in doing things right-Comfortable working with customers and staff-Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment-Comfortable working independently-Experienced with Jobber is an asset-Knowledgeable about the heating and cooling industry an asset-Comfortable lifting small packages and boxes-Experienced with a pallet jack — an asset
