Office Administrator

PureGrid is looking for an Office Administrator to join our League City office who is passionate about supporting our established team.

A Day In The Life

• Act as first point of contact for associates, guests and clients
• Handle all incoming phone calls, incoming/outgoing mail and main admin email account
• Responsible for maintenance of common spaces for appearance and functionality: Keep reception, conference rooms and kitchen area clean and organized daily
• Maintain shipping accounts: UPS, FedEx, USPS Certified Mail
• Monitor and maintain supply inventory for breakroom and office supplies
• Circulate notices and arrange necessary repairs for office
• Assist with coordinating the Office Calendar including trainings, events, and operational meetings

Necessary Qualifications

• Preferably 1-3 years of related experience - receptionist, front desk coordinator, office admin, administrative assistant, etc.
• Excellent computer skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
• Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi task
• Proactive mindset
• Ability to work effectively with different personalities
