SuperTech is seeking a full time customer service representative to provide superb and fun customer service to customers and team members, built rapport, answer income calls, schedule appointments in a timely manner, make outbound calls to book, confirm and survey upcoming or completed appointments, manage customer concerns and work to resolve them effectively and efficiently, promote our brand (attend festivals), and perform other office tasks.

• Able to work from 8:00a.m. to 4:30p.m. and 10:00a.m. to 6:30p.m including Saturdays. Occasionally on Sunday.
