This is more than an administrative position. It's an opportunity to become an important part of a growing restaurant group, working closely with leadership and supporting the systems, people, and operations behind our expansion.

The position is based at our HQ on Wall Street and focuses on HR administration, purchasing, facilities coordination, and keeping our internal processes organized.

  • Coordinate technicians, vendors, and restaurant management to resolve maintenance issues.
  • Maintain service records, warranties, vendor information, and certificates of insurance.

Office Administration & Communications

  • Manage daily office organization, supplies, and administrative needs.
  • Serve as the primary administrative contact for vendors and external partners.
  • Manage administrative email, correspondence, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate correspondence and requirements from government agencies.
  • Track office expenses and administrative purchases.
  • Arrange business travel and related logistics.

Marketing & General Company Support

  • Coordinate production and ordering of marketing materials, including menus, flyers, and signage.
  • Assist with website updates and social media coordination.
  • Support special projects and company-wide initiatives as needed.

What Success Looks Like

The right person will bring structure, consistency and follow-through to Terra’s administrative functions. HR records and processes are organized and current, deadlines are not missed, vendors and maintenance issues are followed through, the office runs smoothly, and leadership can trust that important administrative details are being handled professionally, accurately and proactively.

As Terra grows, this person will help us build the administrative foundation needed to support a larger team and a multi-location organization.

  • Comfortable using Google Workspace, and digital administrative systems. Experience with HR or payroll platforms is a plus.
  • Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently, take ownership, and follow tasks through to completion.
