Office Administrator/Accounts Receivable

TOMCO Production Services Ltd. is looking to add to our growing team and fill a full-time OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR/ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE position at our Grande Prairie branch.

Duties Include but are not limited to:

• Handling a variety of daily accounting tasks in all areas of the office accounting systems (Excel, SAP, and Zoho)
• Field tickets
• Client billing for Accounts Receivable
• Scanning reports
• Responsible for verifying and clearing deliveries in our SAP system
• Accurate and timely data entry
• Financial record maintenance
• Preparing reports
• Assisting other admin with completing tasks and daily admin duties
• Answering phone calls and assisting front end staff Preparing shipments via Purolator
