Office All-Rounder

Part-time 24hrs per week.

Integrated Contracting Services is a busy maintenance business delivering contracted and ad hoc services to clients across the Sydney metropolitan area, Central Coast and ACT. This role sits at the heart of how we operate: keeping accounts current, scheduling jobs, talking to clients, and making sure our suppliers come through. No two days are the same — and that's exactly what makes this a great place to work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable on a day-to-day basis
• Use ServiceM8 to schedule jobs and process invoices
• Reconcile accounts and prepare reports in Xero
• Speak with clients to arrange and confirm work schedules
• Liaise with suppliers to source and order materials
• Assist across all areas of general office administration

About you

• Sound working knowledge of Xero — preferred but not essential
• Excellent attention to detail; you catch things others miss
• A team-first attitude and genuine willingness to go the extra mile
• Confident, clear communication on the phone and in writing
• Readiness to learn new systems and take on new responsibility
• Reliability and a positive, can-do approach
