You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for answering the telephone and greeting visitors as well as administration tasks. The role requires a team player who has the flexibility and desire to continue to learn and is happy to help as different projects come their way.

• Cool, calm and collected under pressure.
• Computer savvy.
• Friendly and approachable - easy to deal with.
• Have a strong attention to detail.
• Be self-motivated with a desire to learn.
• Professional appearance.
• Excellent time management and the ability to multitask.
• Be creative and enjoy putting together team newsletters, slideshows, posters etc.

As our office all-rounder, you will gain exposure into the different areas of our business and gain the knowledge you need to continue moving through. Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
