You will receive structured training, work directly with experienced managers, and support real business improvement projects.

What You Will Do

As part of our team, you will:

• Learn our end2end processes
• Support improvement projects finance, sales, or administration
• Analyze data and help improve processes, reporting, and decision-making
• Work with different teams across the business
• Participate in training sessions, mentoring, and regular feedback meetings
• Take ownership of assigned projects and present results to management
• Build the foundation for a future specialist, coordinator, analyst, or leadership role

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for people who are practical, curious, reliable, and willing to learn.

You should bring:

• A university or college degree/diploma in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations Management or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• A hands-on mindset and willingness to work in a manufacturing environment
• Interest in business processes, operations, technology, and continuous improvement
• Good Excel skills; experience with Power BI, ERP systems, databases, or automation tools is an asset
• Generative AI experience
• Ability to apply AI Tools and Improve Processes
• Team Mentality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional attitude, accountability, and willingness to give & take feedback
