Office & Accounts Assistant

Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai

Multiflo Instruments Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and organized Office & Accounts Assistant to support our day-to-day accounts, documentation, customer communication, and office administration activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Basic accounting and bookkeeping
• Preparing invoices, quotations and other commercial documents
• Maintaining purchase and sales records
• Bank-related documentation and payment follow-ups
• Maintaining expense records and petty cash
• Coordination with CA/accountant for GST, TDS and other statutory requirements
• Answering incoming office/customer calls and directing them to the concerned person
• Handling basic customer/vendor communication and follow-ups
• Maintaining customer/vendor records and filing documents
• General office administration and correspondence
• Assisting with import/export and logistics documentation when required

Candidate Requirements

• B.Com or equivalent qualification preferred
• Basic knowledge of accounting, GST and TDS
• Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
• Good communication and email-writing skills
• Good telephone communication and customer-handling skills
• Organized, responsible and comfortable handling multiple office activities
• Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
