Office & A/P Coordinator

Camp Twin Lakes (CTL) is a nonprofit organization that has proudly served children and families for over 30 years. We offer year-round recreational, therapeutic, and educational programs annually for more than 10,000 children and families facing serious illnesses, disabilities and life challenges. In collaboration with over 70 community partners, Camp Twin Lakes provides life-changing experiences at its three fully accessible campsites in Winder and Rutledge, Georgia. The OfficeA/P Coordinator will be based in our Camp Will-a-Way location in Winder, GA with occasional travel to our Rutledge, GA locations. The position is responsible for the administrative functions of the office, including but not limited to maintaining, organizing, and filing records; answering phones and directing calls; tracking and coding receipts and invoices in Bill.com; employee onboarding; and assisting camp management with the administration of camp programs.

The OfficeA/P Coordinator will also serve as our customer service liaison and camp greeter. The position is also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office and assists all other staff with their administrative needs.
