What they need
- Coordinate daily logistics activities, including vehicle scheduling, loading, unloading, deliveries, and collections.
- Prepare and maintain transport orders, delivery documents, job sheets, driver instructions, and operational records.
- Monitor and update daily movements of trucks, trailers, ISO tanks, drivers, and assigned jobs.
- Coordinate with drivers, customers, factories, depots, ports, and other parties to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain safety documentation, including toolbox meetings, JMPs, near-miss reports, incident reports, inspections, and corrective actions.
- Monitor driver compliance with company SOPs, PPE requirements, safe driving practices, and customer/site safety rules.
- Assist in accident, incident, unsafe-act, and customer-complaint investigations and follow up on corrective actions.
- Maintain records for vehicle inspections, permits, road tax, insurance, driver licences, training, and other compliance requirements.
- Assist with safety and operational audits, risk assessments, SOPs, inspections, and preparation of required supporting documents.
- Prepare daily/monthly safety and operations reports and KPIs, highlight abnormalities or non-compliance, and perform other related duties assigned by management.
