Office & Operations Coordinator

• Job Description

  • Manage the setup and daily operations of the new Surabaya office.
  • Coordinate office renovation, maintenance, and purchasing.
  • Source and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Handle office supplies, equipment, facilities, and general administration.
  • Coordinate with the head office regarding office operational needs.
  • Handle other ad-hoc operational tasks as required.

  Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Experience in office administration, operations, or general affairs is preferred.
  • Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Independent, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and solve operational issues.
  • Willing to take full responsibility for the operational needs of the new Surabaya office.
