You don’t need to know everything when you start. We’ll teach you our systems and processes. What matters most is that you’re dependable, organized, willing to learn, communicate well, and take pride in your work.

As Drut continues to grow, there will be opportunities to take on additional responsibility and grow with the company.

What Your Day May Look Like

Every day will be a little different, which is part of what makes this position interesting.

You may start the morning reviewing emails and invoices, help a project manager order materials, coordinate a delivery, update project information, assist an employee, and work on a special project—all in the same day.

You’ll have a core set of responsibilities, but you’ll also have the opportunity to learn different parts of the business and take on more responsibility as you become familiar with our systems.

We’re looking for someone who can stay organized, prioritize what’s important, and keep things moving.

  • Communicate clearly
  • Ask questions when something isn’t clear
  • Follow through on commitments
  • Look for ways to improve processes
