Office Assistant – Backend Operations & Client Coordination

veob Responsibilities

• Handle daily office administrative and backend operations.
• Maintain records, documents, data entry, and office reports.
• Follow up with clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Coordinate with clients regarding appointments, pending documents, and work updates.
• Conduct field visits whenever required for client meetings, document collection, or verification.
• Coordinate between clients, field staff, and the office team.
• Manage daily tasks independently and complete assigned work on time.

Must have own Vehicle

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
