B.Com. (BBA/ BCA related) (or equivalent), and 1+ years. We are a small business startup located in east Delhi. What I need is someone who will help me launch a major new initiative, but also organise me (meetings etc) and handle pretty much anything I throw at you, from data entry and phone calls, and even help looking after some of my overseas sub- contractors. Ideal candidate must be detail oriented and have accounting basics knowledge. Bachelors of commerce is highly desirable. Some one who wants to grow and be a part of a company in long run would be an ideal candidate.

First and foremost, I am looking for someone who is keen. No job too small, and not scared to ask questions when the task seems daunting. Your attention to detail cannot be understated.

References will be highly regarded. Initially, this job will be a 3- month trial. After that we can see how we move forward. Based on company performances, high prospects of getting monthly or quarterly bonuses.
