Qualifications

✅ Bilingual (English/Spanish)
✅ Experience with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok advertising
✅ Experience using DealerCenter CRM
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry
✅ Experience maintaining payment logs and customer records
✅ Familiarity with insurance vehicle paperwork
✅ Strong customer service and communication skills
✅ Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Create and manage vehicle advertisements on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Take photos and videos of inventory for marketing
• Respond to online leads and customer inquiries
• Update and maintain Dealer Center CRM records
• Track customer payments and maintain accurate payment logs
• Use Excel to organize reports, spreadsheets, and dealership records
• Process and organize insurance-related vehicle documentation
• Assist with daily office and dealership operations
