Job Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Office Assistant who can generate leads, communicate with potential customers, and convert them into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, references, and other sources.
• Contact and follow up with potential customers.
• Explain our products and services clearly.
• Schedule meetings and presentations with interested clients.
• Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Update daily sales activities and lead status.
• Work closely with the marketing team to achieve business goals.

Target & Performance

• This is a target-based sales position.
• The candidate will be assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Performance will be evaluated based on lead generation, client conversions, and revenue generated.
• Attractive incentives will be provided for achieving or exceeding targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle customer calls and meetings.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, social media, and CRM/Excel.
• Self-motivated and confident personality.
• Previous sales or marketing experience will be preferred, but freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary: As per company policy
Incentives: Based on target achievement and sales performance.
