Experience in home health or the healthcare industry is highly preferred and strongly valued. Candidates with healthcare experience understand the importance of patient confidentiality, compliance with Medicare and Medicaid regulations, and the fast-paced nature of healthcare operations. While we are willing to train the right candidate, applicants with home health or medical office experience will be given strong preference.
